I noticed the new Polls option and honestly, my first thought was:
Why polls?
Builder Center already has articles, posts, comments, reactions, and discussions. So what does a poll really add?
Well, it gives builders a much simpler way to get a quick pulse from the community.
Instead of starting a long discussion and waiting for people to share their opinions, you can simply ask a question, give people a few options, and let the community vote.
And it isn't limited to just one type of question.
You could ask:
β€œWhich AWS service are you learning right now?”
β€œWhat should we cover in our next meetup?”
β€œWhat's your go-to AWS service for building AI applications?”
The possibilities are pretty much up to the community.

A few things worth noting

Polls can have 2–5 answer options, along with 1–5 tags, and you can set a deadline anywhere from 4 hours to 14 days.
Votes are anonymous and final, meaning poll creators only see the overall resultsβ€”not who voted for what.
Once the poll ends, the final results become visible to everyone.

Now here's a challenge πŸ‘€

Go create a poll.
Ask something you're genuinely curious about, publish it on Builder Center, and drop your poll in the comments below.
I'll check them outβ€”and more importantly, let's give each other's polls some votes. πŸ˜„
So...
What are you going to ask the AWS community?
