Congratulations Dipayan Das !
Welcome to the club, Dipayan! Dipayan Das built a five-piece arc that starts with the unglamorous economics of running agents in production and ends by putting AgentCore's own deployment model under the microscope. On their fictional plaque it reads:
Dipayan opened by tracing twelve billing lines behind one agent and surfacing a $6,500 telemetry charge nobody had budgeted for, then flipped the question from "what does it cost" to "what should it be allowed to spend," making the case for treating agent spending as a permissions problem rather than a trust problem. From there he moved into infrastructure judgment calls: a Community Skill for AWS Transform Custom that checks Glue 5.0 upgrade readiness before a migration starts, a hard look at DynamoDB's new native vector search arguing its most interesting use isn't the obvious RAG pattern, and finally hands-on with AgentCore Harness, deploying the same agent two different ways — config versus container — to show what each approach actually buys you. Taken together, the five pieces trace one builder's path from "what is this costing me" to "how do I build it right the second time."
