AWS Community Roundup: June 2026

I'm stoked to kick off a monthly roundup of community content that deserves more eyeballs. This edition features work from both AWS Heroes and Community Builders from across the globe, spanning themes like AI agents, security, data pipelines, and DevOps. Basically, the full spectrum of what our community is building right now.

With so much content dropping every single day, there's no way to catch it all. So I'm pulling together my picks each month, pieces I think are worth your time.

Khansa Rahim · Community Builder · APJ Building Continuous Compliance on AWS Khansa breaks down how to move from "audit panic mode" to always-on, automated compliance. If your team ships fast but regulators are breathing down your neck, this is the playbook. Read more 

Lee Harding · Community Builder · USA/Canada Enterprise Syslog Collection — WireGuard + CloudWatch + S3 WORM Archive Lee straight up open-sourced a production-ready syslog pipeline: WireGuard tunnels, CloudWatch monitoring, S3 WORM for tamper-proof archival. If you need compliance-grade logging, this is a legit reference architecture you can actually deploy. View on GitHub 

Alexander Smirnoff · Community Builder · EMEA Amazon S3 Files — From Kafka to S3 via NFS Alexander uses NFS as a bridge to stream files from Kafka into S3. Not the most obvious pattern, but totally practical if you're working with data pipelines and need a clean landing zone. Read more 

Rossana Suarez · Hero · LATAM RoxsOps Bootcamp — Hands-on DevOps with AWS Rossana's YouTube series is the real deal, CI/CD pipelines, infra automation, deployment patterns, all hands-on. If you learn by doing (same), this is your jam. Watch now
