The Next Paradigm of AI: What Comes After Agents?

What breaks when AI agents go from prototype to production? Founders and engineering leaders building agent runtimes, search APIs, and vertical agents break down the real architectures, failure modes, and retrieval strategies behind hundreds of thousands of autonomous actions. Hosted by FounderCoHo at the AWS Builder Loft in SF, with Q&A and builder networking

Please make sure you have registered on AWS registration link ( https://events.builder.aws.com/5Aboaq ) guests not registered on it will not be allowed into the Loft.
All guests must be 18+ and present a valid government-issued physical photo ID at check-in (digital IDs will not be accepted).
Scooters and bikes are not permitted in any Amazon building with no on-site parking available.

📝 Event Details

How top AI builders design, deploy, and scale autonomous multi-agent workflows.
Most enterprise AI discussions stay high-level. This panel focuses on ground-truth engineering: what breaks when you move agents from local prototypes into multi-step production workflows across enterprise systems.
We are bringing together founders and engineering leaders building agent runtimes, search APIs, and autonomous vertical tools.
They will break down the architectures they use to run hundreds of thousands of autonomous actions, how they handle context retrieval at scale, and where current agent stacks fail.

🎙️ Speakers

  •  Tashfeen Suleman  – Director @ NVIDIA and a YC founder, and previously led teams at Microsoft. He has built and scaled platforms from 0→1 to millions of users, and has led global teams of 100+ across data unification, AI infrastructure, LLMs, and agentic systems.
  •  Shubham Phal  — Senior Research Engineer & Tech Lead @ Google DeepMind, leading model behavior for Gemini post-training. Works on preference alignment, reward models, and reinforcement learning for coding and agentic tasks — helping push frontier AI beyond generating impressive answers toward more capable, reliable, and intelligent behavior.

⚙️ What We Will Cover

  • Real Production Architectures: How top teams structure agent loops, sandboxed execution environments, and tool-calling interfaces.
  • Solving Context and Retrieval Bottlenecks: Why standard RAG fails for multi-step reasoning, and how search APIs, structured memory, and graph architectures provide reliable grounding.
  • Handling Failure Modes: Concrete patterns for error recovery, loop detection, cost control, and latency reduction in production agent fleets.
  • Commercial Value in the Agent Stack: Where economic value is concentrating between foundation models, agent frameworks, retrieval infrastructure, and vertical applications.

🙋♂️ Who Should Attend

Technical founders and CTOs deploying autonomous agents AI infrastructure engineers and platform architects Product leaders building AI-native workflows Expect candid technical breakdowns, practical engineering takeaways, and direct discussion with builders tackling the same scaling challenges.
