Building Real-World Projects as a Student with AWS and Kiro
A Vietnamese software engineering student shares his journey exploring AWS and Kiro, building real-world projects, and learning through hands-on development. Join the conversation about AI coding tools, student benefits, and how we can empower the next generation of builders! 🚀
Hi everyone! 👋
I'm a software engineering student from Vietnam, currently exploring AWS and building real-world software projects while improving my development skills.
Recently, I've been learning more about cloud technologies and experimenting with AI-powered development tools like Kiro. I'm particularly interested in how agentic AI can help developers plan features, understand codebases, debug issues, and build applications more efficiently.
As a student, one of my biggest challenges is balancing learning, academic projects, and the cost of development tools. Access to more free usage credits or student benefits for tools like Kiro would make a meaningful difference for students who want to build beyond classroom assignments.
I'd love to hear from other Student Builders:
- What AWS services or AI coding tools are you using for your projects?
- How are you using Kiro in your development workflow?
- What projects are you currently building with AWS?
I'm excited to connect with fellow builders, learn from your experiences, and share what I discover along the way.
Let's keep building! 🚀
