A community case study and playbook from AWS User Group Madurai. We - Vivek, Logesh and Poobalan turned Kiro's seven-lesson University Challenge into a build-along with four evening Circle sessions, a one-command setup that created a compliant repo and progress tracking, a leaderboard ranked by active days, and community rewards earned by rank. 141 members joined, 77 linked a repo, 38 demonstrated all seven lessons. Includes the numbers, what went wrong, and how to run it without a custom platform.
