From one bill photo to a rooftop-solar plan: building Surya Sahayak on Amazon Bedrock

How we built an AI agent that reads an Indian electricity bill with Amazon Bedrock Nova, replays five years of real weather over the user’s roof, and returns savings, subsidy and payback in rupees. Includes the architecture on EC2 and CloudFront, and the design rule we followed: the model reads and explains, but plain Python does every calculation.
