My Top 3 Free Resources for Cracking the AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam
A quick breakdown of the best free official learning tools I am using to prepare for my first AWS certification exam.
Hey everyone! š
For my third post on the platform, I wanted to share the exact study strategy and free resources I am leveraging to prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02) exam.
As a student builder, finding high-quality learning tools that don't break the bank is essential. After exploring the ecosystem, these are the top three free official platforms I highly recommend:
š My Top 3 Free Learning Tools
- AWS Cloud Quest (Skill Builder): This is by far the most fun way to learn. It gamifies cloud concepts by letting you solve real-world problems in a virtual city.
- AWS Educate: The bite-sized courses and free lab credits here are perfect for practicing core services like Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and IAM without any billing risks.
- Official AWS Exam Prep Guides: Reviewing the official sample questions and exam guides on AWS Skill Builder gives a very accurate picture of what to expect on test day.
My immediate plan is to finish all the student reward badges to unlock my free exam voucher, and then schedule the test right away!
š¬ Question for the Community:
For those who have already passed their Cloud Practitioner exam, how long did you study before taking it? Did you find 2ā3 weeks of consistent prep enough? Let me know in the comments! š
