My Journey Starting with Cloud and AWS: A Student Builder's Perspective
A brief reflection on starting out with cloud computing, setting up AWS, and what I plan to build next.
Hello AWS Builders!
As an engineering student diving into cloud computing, navigating modern web architectures and distributed systems can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Setting up my profile on AWS Builder Center marks the beginning of my hands-on cloud journey.
Why AWS?
Scalability, developer tools, and infrastructure management are essential skills for any engineer today. Whether it is deploying web apps, working with backend APIs, or experimenting with cloud databases, AWS offers a solid playground to turn small side projects into production-ready applications.
What I Plan to Build
Over the coming months, I will be focusing on:
- Learning core compute and storage fundamentals (like EC2 and S3).
- Deploying full-stack web applications.
- Sharing notes, architecture breakdowns, and troubleshooting tips with the community.
Looking forward to connecting with fellow builders, learning through hands-on labs, and growing alongside everyone here!
