My First Step into Cloud and AI: Exploring AWS as an AI Student
As a second-year Artificial Intelligence and Data Science student, I am beginning my journey into cloud computing with AWS. In this article, I share my initial understanding of AWS, why I am interested in learning it, and how I hope to connect cloud technology with AI and Data Science.
I am currently a beginner in AWS, so I am starting with the basics. Before exploring AWS, I had heard about cloud computing but did not clearly understand how it could be useful for an AI student. As I started exploring, I learned that AWS provides different cloud services that can be used for storage, computing, applications, and AI-related projects. I am interested in understanding services such as Amazon S3 and Amazon EC2 and learning how they are used in real-world applications. My goal is to learn step by step, practice with small activities, and eventually use AWS to build a simple AI or Data Science project. This is only my first step, but I am excited to continue learning about Cloud and AI.I am not an AWS expert, and I am not trying to become one overnight.I am simply taking my first steps and trying to understand how Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Science connect with each other.For me, learning AWS is not about copying information and saying that I know everything. It is about understanding one concept at a time and eventually using what I learn to create something of my own.This is only my beginning, but I am excited to see where this journey takes me.
