Unemployment crisis

India has diverse set of people from different areas also including non residents of India who are contributing in the economic growth of a nation. Despite of being the fourth largest economy in the world competing with the Japan  , still  India lacks behind  with poverty situation, unemployment crisis also per capita income very less that means and average person is not able to afford for his basic necessity is due to the condition of upcoming inflation. People are saving more rather than investing their money on investing them on themselves in the educational field like the upper higher education of qualification. People are focusing on traditional parts of getting a degree for job rather than acknowledging the market condition and seeing that skills actually matter people are not getting better opportunities to learn and grow rather they are being focusing up on the concept of road learning as per the old college traditional norms. As per the 3 idiots picture still there is no change in the society. Only moral values of cleaning the society or the people the values to care for the things that will use to work for the things to make necessary things and changes. Also like America to adapt to the necessary changes in the field of technology and development. The world which was impacted once by famous names of our country like DR.APJ Abdul Kalam Mahatma Gandhi,Bhim Rao Ambedkar in the field of technology and political domanian . With the motive of the garibi hatao aandolan still lagging behind and still the condition are not been satisfied. Even jobless growth in the economy means people are not having job at the companies are shifting towards automation techniques is becoming a big problem. Rather than making the people friendly with adapted to the upcoming changes and to make them professionals the artificial intelligence are actually replacing the work of people leading to unemployment and making it difficult for family to earn and to live or survive. Only professional workers like lawyers and ca CS or doctors are able to perform  up to a certain extend because apart from doctor every profession is been dominated by AI it also does not include the teaching profession. The main reason is the mentality of the people and also the lack of facilities regarding the AI knowledge. Everyone is talking about how AI is impacted everyone should know I but how come how to get the job is no one teaches. The institutions are just making money out of making fake promises of 100% placement guarantees and playing with the emotions of the families which have hard and invested money in the school or the colleges of the children. The youth needs to dominate the use needs to develop and make themsel skillful apart from that the only thing it requires at the mind said the of the youth the speech of the youth the fight for the justice of the youth so that it would help to save the upcoming future it could help them not only to grow but also the sustain the economy of the nation and to provide an oppurtunity to them to develop Nation. Thinking broad is the mind set which the people need to acknowledge so that they just not remain the job seeker but they can also become the job givers or the job providers  with the  motive of ATMA NIRBHAR Bharat Sheme , PRADHANMANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA, also the facility of Pradhanmantri jandhan Yojana and the regional rural banks which are been set up in order to provide elementary education to the children who are not able to afford for the basic necessity and also their parents are not that much capable to send a student to colleges for father studies. Or government is also favoring the scholarship program so that every individual can even provide and income to their family and can help them to contribute in the financial status. Rather than being a liability are youth is empowering and to develop them in the field of education skills. The only thing is required as the government and support that can help them to acknowledge and become the great entrepreneurs learners and creators of the world so that we the India can help to share the future we the India can help to acknowledge a concept of development of nation.
