My First Steps into AWS and Cloud Computing: Exploring Cloud Technologies as a BTech CSE Student
I’m a BTech CSE student exploring AWS and cloud computing as part of my journey into software development. In this article, I share my first understanding of cloud technologies, AWS services, and how they can support modern web applications. I’m still at the beginning of my AWS journey and look forward to learning through hands-on projects, workshops, and the AWS Builder Center community.
As a BTech CSE student, I am exploring different areas of technology to understand how modern applications are built and deployed. Recently, I started exploring cloud computing and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Cloud computing has changed the way applications are developed and delivered. Instead of relying only on local systems, developers can use cloud resources for computing, storage, databases, security, and other requirements. AWS provides a wide range of services that help developers build scalable and reliable applications.
As a beginner, I am starting with the fundamentals of AWS. I am particularly interested in understanding services such as Amazon EC2 for computing and Amazon S3 for storage, and how these services can be used alongside web development.
My goal is to learn AWS gradually through hands-on practice, workshops, and small projects rather than trying to learn everything at once. I believe that understanding cloud technologies will help me become a better software developer and give me a broader view of how applications work in real-world environments.
I am looking forward to learning from the AWS Builder Center community, connecting with other developers and students, and continuing my journey into cloud computing.
