My Journey into AWS Cloud

I am starting with the fundamentals of cloud computing and gradually exploring AWS services, networking, security, and hands-on projects. Each step is helping me gain confidence and understand how cloud technology is used in real-world applications

I am at the beginning of my journey into cloud computing, and AWS is one of the technologies I am starting to explore. Before learning about AWS, I had only a basic understanding of what cloud computing means. I knew that applications, websites, and data could be hosted on the internet, but I did not know how cloud platforms actually make this possible.
As I started exploring AWS, I learned that Amazon Web Services provides many different cloud services that can be used to build, deploy, store, and manage applications. There are many services available, and initially, understanding what each service does can feel a little confusing. However, I am slowly learning the basics and trying to understand the purpose of different AWS services.
One of the first things I am focusing on is understanding the basic concepts of cloud computing. I am learning about topics such as servers, storage, databases, networking, security, and how applications can run using cloud infrastructure.
I am also beginning to explore some of the commonly used AWS services. For example, Amazon EC2 introduces the idea of running virtual servers in the cloud, while Amazon S3 is used for storing objects such as files and data. Learning these basic services is helping me understand how different parts of a cloud application work together.
Hands-on practice is also something I want to focus on. Instead of only reading about cloud services, I want to try small practical exercises and projects. Even simple tasks such as creating a cloud resource, understanding its configuration, and observing how it works can help me learn better.
I am also interested in learning about cloud security. Understanding how access permissions, authentication, networking rules, and secure configurations work is important because cloud environments need to be protected from unauthorized access and misconfiguration.
My AWS journey is still at the beginning. I know that there is a lot more to learn, including compute, storage, databases, networking, monitoring, security, serverless technologies, and many other areas. I am looking forward to exploring these topics step by step.
For now, my goal is simple: understand the fundamentals, practice regularly, and gradually build real-world cloud knowledge.
I hope to use what I learn from AWS to build useful projects and understand how modern applications are developed and deployed using cloud technologies. This is just the beginning of my AWS journey, and I am excited to see where this learning path takes me. ☁️🚀
