My journey as a Technical Lead at AWS Student Builder Group (AWS SBG), Shubhashree College of Management (SCM) has been a valuable learning experience. Being part of the community has given me opportunities to explore AWS technologies, strengthen my technical skills, and learn through hands-on activities.
As a Technical Lead, I support technical sessions, help prepare hands-on demonstrations and learning materials, and guide fellow students as they explore cloud concepts and AWS services. Working with other student leaders has also helped me improve my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
This experience has taught me that leadership is not only about sharing knowledge—it is also about learning together, supporting others, and continuously improving.
I’m excited to continue learning, building, and contributing to the AWS student community at SCM. 🚀
