Welcome to the club, Utkarsh! You built a five-piece arc that's basically a running diary of AWS pain points he got tired of living with, each one solved by building a small AI-powered tool instead of just complaining about it. On his fictional plaque it reads:
Utkarsh started by teaching an AI system to read his AWS error logs and tell him what went wrong in five seconds flat. He carried that same "stop guessing, build a tool" instinct into a much harder cost problem, tracking AWS KMS costs by service in the exact place Cost Explorer falls short. He took a detour into a genuinely different kind of build next, standing up a multi-agent AI for Indian citizen services on LangGraph, Bedrock Knowledge Base, and S3 annotations. Back on his home turf, he built an AI that scans his own AWS account for zombie resources every single week so nothing quietly racks up cost unattended. He closed the run the way he opened it, annoyed at an AWS blind spot, this time building a tool that tells him what his Bedrock models are actually consuming. Five tools, one habit: if AWS won't show you the answer, build something that will.
