Veloci connects to GitHub/GitLab, automatically calculates all 4 DORA metrics,
then feeds the trends to Bedrock for causal analysis:

During the same period: average PR review time increased from 4h to 11h,
3 new required CI checks were added, and 2 senior engineers went on PTO.
What's the most likely cause and what should the team do?"

The AI connects dots that humans miss when looking at isolated metrics. It
correlates PR review patterns, CI duration changes, team capacity shifts, and
code complexity trends to provide actionable explanations — not just numbers.

The widget system (inspired by CapitalOne's Hygieia dashboard) provides
real-time views: Build health, Deploy cadence, Code quality trends, Security
posture, and Performance metrics — each with AI-powered anomaly detection
that alerts before metrics breach thresholds.
