AI in Action: AWS Student Community Day 2026, South Korea, Seoul
Eight university AWS Student Builder Groups unite for a student-run cloud conference at the AWS Seoul office. 20+ sessions across Dev, Career, and Startup tracks plus a hands-on Amazon Bedrock RAG workshop. Connect with AWS Heroes, Ambassadors, founders, and student builders from across Korea.
AI in Action: AWS Student Community Day Comes to Korea
AI now sits at the center of everything we build. Writing code and provisioning infrastructure is no longer where the story ends — it is where the real question begins: what comes next?
On July 4, 2026, students from across Korea will gather at the AWS Korea office in Seoul to answer exactly that. AWS Student Community Day 2026 is the first event of its kind organized by the AWS Student Builder Groups (ASBG) of Korea — and you are invited to be part of it.
What is AWS Student Builder Groups?
AWS Student Builder Groups (ASBG) is the official global student community for university students passionate about the cloud and technology. Student leaders at each campus drive the learning themselves — sharing knowledge, building projects, and growing into the next generation of engineers through hands-on collaboration and networking.
AWS Student Community Day is the flagship annual gathering of these groups: planned and run entirely by students, held in countries all over the world. For 2026, eight university chapters across Korea — Seoul National University, Kyung Hee University, Kwangwoon University, Dongduk Women's University, Dongguk University, Konkuk University, Inha University, and Hanyang University — have come together to host Korea's very first Student Community Day.
Why You Should Be There
In a landscape where technology trends shift overnight, this conference goes beyond following the trends. It is built around one idea: moving from learning technology to putting it into action. Across three tracks, you will hear directly from people who have built, shipped, and proven things in the real world.
This event is for you if you are:
- Dev — a future engineer who wants to go deep on the latest cloud (AWS) and AI trends through real implementation cases, not just theory.
- Career — a job seeker still building your stack who wants to find direction on employment, career changes, and what comes next.
- Startup — a student curious about how an idea becomes a service, or dreaming of side projects and founding your own company.
- Networking — anyone who wants to connect beyond their own campus with peers and industry seniors who are serious about tech.
Three Tracks, One Question: "What should we build next?"
