Digital Health Card

The Digital Health Card is an innovative QR-based healthcare management platform designed to provide secure, fast, and reliable access to patient healthcare information. The project aims to bridge the gap between patients, doctors, blood banks, and insurance providers through a unified digital ecosystem.

The platform features separate and highly secure login systems for patients and doctors. Patients can create and manage their digital health profiles, store medical records, book appointments with healthcare professionals, access insurance-related information, and request blood during emergencies. Doctors can securely access authorized patient records, update medical information, manage appointments, and provide better healthcare services through a centralized system.

A unique QR code is generated for each patient, allowing emergency responders and healthcare providers to quickly retrieve essential information such as blood group, allergies, emergency contacts, and critical medical conditions. To ensure privacy and security, detailed medical records remain accessible only through authenticated online access and role-based authorization.

The system also integrates blood bank services, enabling users to check blood availability, locate blood banks, and submit emergency blood requests. Additionally, insurance support features help patients manage policy information and streamline healthcare-related insurance processes.
