Your Student Status Counts

We've added a new feature to your AWS community profile: Student Status. Now you can let us know you are a student, share your program of study, and tell us your estimated graduation date, all in a few clicks. These details are private to you and won't appear on your public profile.

Our student community is one of the fastest-growing segments of builders on AWS, and we want to meet you where you are. By understanding what you're studying and when you're graduating, we can deliver experiences, content, and benefits that actually match your journey. If you're not a student, letting us know helps just as much. We'll tailor your experience with professional-level content, advanced builder resources, and opportunities matched to your career stage.

We will continue to build features to support your experience. The more we learn about our student community, the better we can build for you: targeted learning paths, graduation-ready career resources, and community connections that grow with you. And if anything changes (new major, updated timeline), just head back to your profile and edit anytime.

Navigate to your profile now and let us know if you are a student. It takes 30 seconds and helps us build what you actually need. To find your profile click on the down arrow next to your avatar or image and choose manage profile. Once in the profile choose Edit Information to update or edit the content in your profile.
