What is OSA Con?

OSA Con is a community-driven conference for engineers and architects building modern analytics and AI systems. Organized by the  Open Source Analytics (OSA) community , the conference brings together practitioners, project maintainers, and data leaders to share real-world architectures, lessons from production systems, and updates from the open-source tools powering today’s analytics and AI platforms.

OSA CON 2026

After years as an online event,  OSA Con  is coming to San Francisco for its first in-person edition, bringing the community together for a day of intense technical talks, architecture lessons, and live demos from practitioners running real systems at scale.
Expect engineers showing what they’ve built: from high-performance analytics platforms to real-time data pipelines and emerging architectures supporting modern AI and data-driven applications. Sessions will go beyond theory into the practical decisions behind performance, reliability, and cost when operating data infrastructure in production, including key learnings from going off the rails. We’re especially excited about new analytic use cases that AI enables, as well as exploring how agents make them easier to implement.
You’ll also hear directly from maintainers and contributors behind widely used open-source analytics projects, sharing updates, new capabilities, and what’s coming next for the tools powering modern data platforms.
