Solution Details
The Weekly Account Intelligence Report Generator leverages Amazon Quick's Quick Flow capability to orchestrate an end-to-end reporting pipeline.
At its core, the flow accepts two user inputs — account names or IDs and the reporting period — and connects to QuickSight dashboards ( see sample) to retrieve per-account metrics including open opportunity ARR, stage distribution, renewal dates, support ticket volume, and last engagement date.
Using this data, the flow generates a structured executive summary that categorizes each account as Green, Yellow, or Red based on renewal proximity, pipeline movement, and support burden. For Yellow and Red accounts, it produces a concise risk summary paragraph and a prioritized action recommendation.
The final report is sorted by risk level and delivered automatically to account teams via Outlook , ensuring the right people receive actionable intelligence without any manual intervention.
