About

I am a CTO/Solution Architect and the founder of the AWS User Group Basilicata. Based in Southern Italy, I have dedicated the last decade to building a thriving tech ecosystem in one of the most remote and beautiful regions of the country.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between high-level cloud innovation and local communities. I am the creator and organizer of 'Come To Code', an annual international conference held in the mountain village of Pignola. My mission is to prove that world-class technology can be shared and mastered anywhere, as long as there is a strong human connection behind it.

Key Contributions & Expertise:

- Community Leadership: 10+ years leading the Pignola Linux User Group (PLUG) and founding the AWS User Group Basilicata.
- Event Architecture: Founder and lead organizer of 'Come To Code' (5+ editions), attracting speakers and attendees from across Europe to a small mountain village.
- Public Speaking: Regular speaker at international and national conferences (NDC Copenhagen, Codemotion, DevFest, AWS Community Day Italy) focusing on Serverless, App Runner, and Python/Django.
- Education & Mentorship: Promoting digital literacy through CoderDojo for kids, cybersecurity workshops in schools, and mentoring students in the 'Cloud Architecting on AWS' program at MT Academy.
- Cloud Culture Advocate: Dedicated to showing how AWS services can empower local businesses and young talents in underserved regions.
